Arrival at José María Córdova Airport (MDE) and transfer to the chosen hotel. Free afternoon.
Day 2.
Breakfast. Full Day Tour in Medellín, shared, 10 hours. In the morning, panoramic city tour and visit to the Metro mass transportation system and Metrocable. Stop at Plaza Botero, where the 23 monumental sculptures donated by the master to his hometown are located, and stop at Pueblito Paisa, a place that combines three of the most representative elements: the Antioquian tradition reflected in the handicrafts, gastronomy, and architecture of the place; the majestic view of Medellín and the mountains that run through the Aburrá Valley. Typical lunch. In the afternoon, shopping: Visit to the main shopping centers, outlets, or factory stores in the city according to the passengers' needs. Where it is possible to find internationally recognized brands such as Leonisa, Touché, and Bésame for women's lingerie; Levi's, Diesel, Americanino, Chevignon, Esprit, NafNaf, Studio F, Tennis, and Arturo Calle; major avant-garde fashion brands, Vélez and Bosi with high-quality footwear and leather goods, and wonderful handicrafts or typical Colombian items that have made Medellín an unparalleled destination for shopping (It is possible to change the afternoon of shopping for a visit to Comuna 13 by paying a supplement). Day 3.
Breakfast. Peñol and Guatapé Tour - Lakes Route (semi-private). 10 hours. Departure towards the east of the department to visit one of the main reservoirs in Colombia, which generates a large amount of energy for local consumption and export and is also surrounded by a beautiful landscape 1 formed by hills around its emerald green waters. Panoramic visit to the Peñol Rock, a gigantic monolith, from the top of which, if you choose to take the entrance and after climbing 750 steps, you have an impressive panoramic view of the reservoir and the surrounding area. The tour continues to the picturesque town of Guatapé, where a walk is taken to take photos in its colorful streets and where it is also possible to take a ride in "Tuctuc" or "Motochiva" if you have not chosen to climb the rock. We also have the alternative of changing it for a boat trip on the dam. Return to the hotel.
